Mary Kay is top-notch in her field. She showed compassion and respect when addressing some issues I brought up, without making me feel uncomfortable or patronized. One instance where I thought she shone involved a worrisome problem I encountered with another nurse. I was afraid of some problems with my medication from another nurse. Not sure how to address the matter without creating a negative situation, I asked for Mary Kay. She came right away, corrected the situation, and assured me she passed no judgment or took sides. The incident was handled in a positive and professional manner. Her years of experience and how she uses that experience are a testament to the nursing field, in my opinion. When I saw Mary Kay that next day, I felt at ease and knew I'd gone to the right person. It's so good to know that there are good nurses out there. I do think Mary Kay is outstanding. I'm always thrilled when I see her name on the board, which lists staff members and is updated regularly! Mary Kay knows what to say and do in every situation I've encountered with her. She's so proficient at caring for patients. I feel reassured when she is on duty. Thank you for keeping her on your staff!
