Mary Lou made a personal connection with me while I was in recovery talking about kids, grandkids, empty nest syndrome, and just treated me like I was important to her. She also personally called me three days later to check on me and make sure I was doing okay. I have never had that kind of experience in any healthcare setting! I love Mary Lou!!!!
