Mary shows compassion and respect to all patients and staff. She is always willing to help to make sure every staff gets a full break and does it in a way that empowers us. She is always going above and beyond with words of encouragement; making the hospital staff all feel like a family. She also pushes for better patient outcomes by helping with nursing interventions, and pushing us to ask, "What more can we do?" I strive to be more like Mary as a Nurse and person. Truly, she is an AMAZING nurse that should be celebrated.
