Mary was outstanding in every way. First, she gives the energy, care, listening skills and near immediate follow through of a combination of three people in one. In the near 5 days I have been here so far Mary was my nurse for all of her shifts. Not even one time did she ever enter my room without a radiant smile and attitude, a positive solution to any health issue and pursued everything through proper channels and then explained to me in easy to understand terms what she learned, how it affected me and the plan of action that has been decided. If I still wasn't happy, she would go back and drive home my points on changing care to fall in line with my concerns. She strived to always be the cheery face for the patients while never compromising the doctors or hospital and with her contagious smile make the patient feel good.
