From the moment she entered the room, she lifted our spirits with her cheerful, patient, and very competent caregiving for my husband. She carefully explained things to us and treated us like we were her special patients. She was so personable and kind. I looked forward to seeing her smiling face each morning and her joyful upbeat attitude filled the room. We could tell that nursing is a calling and a passion for her and not just a job. We’ve been in other hospitals having surgeries over the years, but we have never had such a special nurse. She really puts her heart into caring for her patients and their families too. We both feel so fortunate to have had 3 days with this nurse. We will never forget her, she was such a blessing to us She fully encompasses the ICARE values and she is truly a gift to Nursing. She is an incredibly motivated nurse who always has a smile on her face notwithstanding the challenges she may be facing, she is caring, compassionate, and extremely resilient. Her critical thinking skills and eagerness to achieve greatness from a Holistic viewpoint are what set her apart.
