When Mary first entered the room she was cheerful and positive, stating her goal today was to get my blood count up. She was always sincere and professional. She provided four units of blood and made me feel like I was her only patient. When asked questions she gave direct and comprehensible answers and made me feel like I was a very special person that she was going to make well on her shift.
