The day I arrived at the hospital in great pain, scared, and not knowing what to do, I was introduced to Mary Pinell and I knew from that moment that she was the best person to care for me. She was very professional, humble, and full of empathy. She made me feel very comfortable and that everything is ok. Mary really does go above and beyond with caring and listening to her patients and puts her all into making sure we are comfortable and satisfied with her care. I looked forward to seeing her and her beautiful personality every day. During these challenging times we are now facing, we need more people like Mary Pinell.
