Our DAISY Nurse, Mary Potty, is described as a role model for empathy. She is patient focused and exhibits a caring attitude. A patient states in her DAISY nomination that words cannot describe Mary and the care she received from her during her stay on 21South. She goes above and beyond in making her patients feel comfortable. Mary even came in on her days off to check on me – talk about love of her job! Mary is caring, compassionate, dedicated and selfless.
