During my mum’s week-long stay in Bay D AMU, I had the opportunity to closely observe the ward’s functioning, and Mary Rose stood out as an exceptional healthcare professional. Her care and compassion seemed so natural and effortless — not just for my mum, but for other patients as well. She has an extraordinary ability to lift the mood and create a positive atmosphere for everyone around her. Mary Rose’s unlimited patience, kindness, and empathy truly set her apart. Whether it was assisting with small tasks or providing reassurance during challenging moments, her presence was a light in a difficult time.
