Being in the hospital is certainly an experience that is draining both physically and mentally. Mary Rose always entered the room with a smile, cheer, a happy heart, a helping hand, and spent the extra time to have a simple conversation that meant the world to someone who was alone during a time when visiting hours and amounts are limited. She listened to my concerns, how I felt, or just made simple conversation to distract my mind. If I needed something, she was there with no waiting time required. I cannot say enough good things about her or any of the nurses on the W2 unit for that matter! It is clear that they chose the right professions and have not lost that personal touch! If every time I was sick, I could be back on this floor, I would be much less scared and apprehensive to come to the hospital. Thank you for all you do! The W2 team is a blessing for sure!
