Both my wife and I felt she was amazing. Super attentive. She kept us informed of the status of my procedure. She made a point to monitor my blood before having my procedure to be sure that I would not have any issues. She had food for me when I came out of surgery since I had not eaten for almost 12 hours. She stayed extra late since my surgery ended up not starting until 3:15pm. She had to stay until 8pm to get me back up to my room. My wife tells me that Mary kept her informed of the procedure and when it was finished. She also provided a shoulder for my wife to cry on and to hug with joy. She worked with getting me my regular dinner rather than just the sandwich that they had in the area. She also got me my medicine which had been problematic in the hospital since I had arrived. I felt she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had the proper care. Very personable, and shared personal stories too.
