I want to find the words that fully express my genuine appreciation to you for being on the front line of my brother's care.
I want to find the words that fully express my genuine appreciation to you for being on the front line of my brother's care. I thank you for providing an empathetic ear and compassionate hand to me when you gave me your personal phone number (just in case I needed to know what was going on with him) when my brother was rushed to the hospital (because of an emergency). You have the bedside manner of a caregiver and friend when my brother needs the bedside and wheelchair rules given to him, and you speak to him in a calming voice. Even if some of your days may seem exhausting and draining (the day I stop and ask you, "Time you go home?" and you say, "Midnight," and keep on working. You continue to play your role in the healing process. Two little words you may not hear every day, and I would like to let you know I am very appreciative. Thank you!
