Mary received excellent feedback from her clinical preceptor on her compassion and caring. She really prioritizes her patient's needs holistically. One example is that she recognized it was her patient's birthday and went out of her way to make "balloons" and a sign and found the "Happy Birthday" song online to play in the patient's language and they shared a dance together.
