Mary Silvia has continually provided outstanding care to me, and many other patients during the 2 years that I have worked with her at NHCNE. First and foremost, any time that I needed assistance with Family Practice to help care for a patient, mutual, or otherwise, she has never turned me away. Mary always looks out for the patient's best interests and helps the patients seek appropriate care. I've seen that her kindness stretches beyond simple customer service, but is expressive of an inherent and sincere goodness. She has personally provided me with assistance towards my own care on countless occasions. She excels at providing and fostering great communication, a caring attitude, a compassionate mindset, and consistently meets the challenges of the demanding workload.
