Mary Swails-Climer, BSN, RN

Mary is one of the most passionate RNs I've ever known. She greatly cares for patients and teammates alike. She's always there to give a hug, she's there to help celebrate a milestone, and she is always greeting everyone with a big smile on her face. Mary lives the DaVita Way every single day. Mary goes way above and beyond for our patients. She absolutely always has the patient's best interest at heart. She advocates and fights hard for them and their rights. She does everything in her power to make sure that their dialysis treatment goes well and that they feel better than when they walked in here. I couldn't imagine a day without Mary here to care for our patients, and I don't want to. I know our patients are in the best possible care when they are in Mary's hands.
