Theresa was professional yet friendly and, when time permitted, took the time to explain what she was doing and why. She seemed to be truly interested in my wife and concerned about her condition and the family. She was an all-star on our very stormy journey.
My wife passed away at Banner Hospice. I am convinced her passing would have been much harder on my wife and the family if not Theresa being who she is.
