From the moment we came into contact with Mary until we left, she made us feel very well cared for- me the patient and my husband. She could sense my anxiety, which I do hide well and she made extra special efforts to help calm me. I felt so safe and relaxed in her care. She was confidant, attentive and very skilled in her role. She helped make a potentially terrifying experience pleasant. I am very grateful.
