Mary took care of me with excellent treatment and professionalism. She met all my needs and communicated with me in kind words. This kind of treatment gives me more positive energy and helps me forget the burden of my illness and fatigue.
One time, when I was crying in pain and tired, she responded immediately despite taking care of the other patients. She stayed in my room until I was feeling better. Also, there was a time when she gave me my medication. She took her time giving it and ensuring that I drank my medication without any complications.
