Mary carries herself in a very professional and clean manner. Not knowing that I have family members in the medical field, she didn't know I was observing how she was handling her duties step by step while caring for my mother. She sanitized her hands, used exam gloves when needed, opened medicine properly without touching it, provided water without touching the straw, discreetly assured it was swallowed, cleansed the area before her injection, and didn't hurt her while keeping conversation to distract her. More can be said but she just went above and beyond what some people may not do. Many times you get notified of negative. You need to be made aware of positive things even if it's just the basics.
