This nurse did an extraordinary job taking care of my son and daughter during their appointment today. My daughter has a phobia of needles, and she was extremely nervous about doing a blood test. Last year, she fainted during the procedure. But today, Nurse Maryam changed that. She taught my children ways to lessen their nervousness, made them feel very comfortable, and stayed by their side all throughout the test.

My children, especially my daughter, had a very positive experience, and she feels less scared now because of what this nurse did for her today. I hope all nurses are as compassionate and caring as her. Thank you very much.
