Not only did Maryam provide the most excellent care for my mom, she was warm, compassionate and concerned about her. She was in the room constantly throughout the day, not just according to the requirements. Whenever I asked or my mom asked a question, she answered it and also was quick to ask if we understood which meant a lot. Also, she not only showed that warmth and care to my mom but to me as well.
The thing I was most impressed with was her turnover (hand-off) with the night shift. She was very thorough and professional and I don't think she missed anything. After she completed the required medical information, she mentioned small notes about my mom and also identified that I was her son and that I was able to address her concerns that I had been there all day and to be sure to take care of me.
Maryam is a wonderful person, a true professional and an angel to our family.
