Maryann treats you like a family member rather than just a sick patient.
Maryann understood I had voice problems and couldn't get my words out and she was patient, understanding, and had me take my time to talk. I had Carpal Tunnel surgery, which led to hand problems from the surgery, and she helped me get my coffee mug in my hand and helped me cut up my food when the PCA was busy. She dialed my daughter at home to assure her that I was back in my room after tests were taken because it was hard for me to talk. Maryann treats you like a family member rather than just a sick patient. She is compassionate and understanding. Thank you!
