Maryann, you saw me at the worst times of my life yesterday! I want you to know that I felt so sick that I actually asked God to take me, to not make me shiver anymore as I felt like I was dying. You refused to give up on me. You helped me get through the most terrible night of my life. You went above and beyond for me, proving to me that not only are you the best of the best of all nurses but your humanity and thoughtfulness are unbeaten. I mean this with my entire heart, and I cannot thank you enough for the care that you gave to me during your entire shift.
