Marybeth Byers, RN

J has received excellent care from Ms. Byers. She went above and beyond the call of duty in caring for J. She explained everything with superior knowledge and understanding with great compassion. Ms. Byers knew instinctively how concerned we were about J. J stated that Ms. Byers has genuine compassion and concern for her patient's wellbeing and concerns. When needed, Ms. Byers had a sense of urgency when J's health required intervention. She would inform the surgeon of J's condition as that action was taken immediately. Her experience and knowledge were evident in her care. She is a tremendous asset to this hospital.
