MaryJo Burns, RN

MaryJo always made me feel comfortable when I had any issues or concerns; I knew I could talk to her without any judgment. She always said good morning and even remembered me from the other times I was here. She asked me how I was and actually heard me. She shared about her interests going on in her life which made me feel more comfortable around her. She also always had a smile in the morning, being the first person that I talked to, and it was a nice, welcoming start to my mornings.

You can tell she cares about her patients and has a lot of knowledge about what she does, and enjoys her job. It was great getting to be her patient, and I’m honored to have been in her care, especially coming in. When I first got here, she said she was happy to see me again. Some people might see that negatively, but it made me feel even better that she supported me coming back again, but this was a good thing, not a bad thing.
