My son was brought to Kaiser on a Sunday. He had acute heart failure and was brain-dead. Marylin Jacinto took outstanding care of him. She made sure he was comfortable. She went out of her way to care for him. She always let us know what she was doing for him. Marilyn embodies the highest ideals of care, delivering extraordinary service to him. She was very nice and showed that she cared, going the extra mile to help him and us. She touched our hearts and showed us so much love; our hearts were broken, but just seeing the care she gave him blessed us. He was blessed to have a nurse like her. She was God-sent. She helped us get through his death. We were so thankful for her. She took care of my son.
