We are forever indebted to you for helping all of us talk to her in her final hour. You got all ten of our calls in and interpreted what we were saying when she couldn't make out our voices through our tears. We hear from the second to last to get through, that you were crying right along with us. You told the last to get through that she was feeling all the love we were sending.
You didn't just give her what she needed, you gave all of us what we needed when the rules that have to be followed for this horrible disease didn't allow us to be with her. We are eternally indebted to you for your compassion.
God be with you and all nurses and other medical workers holding the hands of dying COVID patients and giving them comfort when their families aren't allowed to do so. May God grant you peace when these memories flood your mind.
