Maryvelle is an exceptional leader. Always ready to jump and help when needed. She is very helpful when it's needed; she helps to teach by example. Always willing to share her knowledge and wisdom. She exhibits great leadership skills by giving us opportunities to take charge. She leads and encourages me to take the necessary steps to better myself. We are fortunate to have her as our Assistant Nurse Manager.
