My mother is a hemodialysis patient and cannot come on the specified days for her eye injections because they conflict with her dialysis schedule. Mashael always arranges her appointments on days that suit her, even if she hasn’t booked in advance. One day, my mother experienced sudden blurry vision due to eye bleeding and she was very scared and anxious, she came in as a walk-in. Mashael, considering her condition and psychological state, reassured her and made sure she saw the doctor immediately. If my mother is late, Mashael calls to remind her, ensuring she doesn’t miss her appointment. Mashael has been efficient, friendly, empathetic, organized, and helpful with my mom, always acting in the most caring and professional manner.
