Masheda K Henry, RN

Masheda Henry came to my home to change out the packing on my leg wound. She contacted me ahead of time with her estimated arrival time, and she arrived precisely at the predicted time. (I know that, in this field of work with travel and patient care, appointment times are not exactly predictable or precise. But there were a few instances during my time of care where lack of communication left me with either no idea of arrival time or very early and late arrival that interfered with other appointments.) So, I greatly appreciated her communication and promptness.

Masheda had an amazingly positive, cheerful, and friendly disposition, and her love for her job was obvious in the way she spoke of it, and in the way she treated me. Her visit left me feeling so uplifted and upbeat for the day. (Being confined to home for such an extended period of time, interactions and attitude have had a great impact on my days. So, I was greatly appreciative of the warmth and friendliness Masheda left me with that positively impacted my day.) She was very thorough and professional and took the necessary precautions/sterilization in caring for my wound and addressing my health and supply needs. Her competence as a nurse was very apparent and left me at ease and with peace of mind. While I was grateful for her care as a nurse, it was her kind and friendly spirit that had the most impact on me.
