From the moment we arrived on the 7th floor until we left my mother's room, Massa was focused on my mother's needs. She made sure every need was met, and she always made sure she checked with us to make sure we were ok. She answered all our questions and made sure we fully understood. Massa never rushed and explained everything fully.
Massa made sure all of the procedures orders were filled out and signed to ensure we had no delays with my mother's testing. She has the most empathy and caring attitude and she is a hard RN to follow. She sets the standard at 1000%. She has a great connection with her co-workers and works wells with everyone.
The call light was answered by her very timely manner. She never felt rushed to get out of the room to her other patients. Massa would be a great RN mentor. I cannot praise her enough.
Massa's concern for her patients and their family is true. Massa will forever be our Angel.
