Massama Donzo, RN

I had my baby in the late summer at Crouse. Massama was my delivery nurse; she is kind, patient, and gentle. Not only was she monitoring closely and jumping in to take action every time my blood pressure dropped or my baby’s heart rate dropped, she was there to ask me if I needed anything, helped me adjust my legs when I couldn’t move them after my epidural, even making sure that my husband was taken care of.

As I was wheeled to my post-delivery room, she was gentle and considerate, letting me know every bump on the way which I greatly appreciated because my wound was super sensitive. She is also super-efficient and thorough. I felt lucky and safe to have her as our nurse.
