We met Mat at midnight after I was moved from the ER to a regular bed. He was cheerful and efficient, despite the late hour, and seemed genuinely interested in getting me comfortably settled as quickly as possible.

After he got me settled, he obtained several sandwiches to tide me over since I hadn't eaten all day. He also went beyond the call of duty to walk my wife to her car since the security person was unavailable (it was 1:30am by then.)

In the morning we chatted as well and I enjoyed getting to know this diligent, kind and funny young man. He is an asset to the Seton system!
