Mattie is amazing in all she does for the patients and team at SRH. She goes above and beyond, especially when she transferred off her home unit, MOC, to assist in the CCU. Because she has the knowledge and skills to take critical care patients, she gave much-needed support at the start of the pandemic.
She gave total patient care with a thoughtful smile, and consideration to those around her. As Charge RN on MOC, Mattie communicates with clear professionalism making inter-departmental transfers appear effortless. Her respectful professional leadership style gives those around her reason to rise to the occasion. It is an honor to work with Mattie.
