Matt went out of his way to make my dad comfortable and kept him well informed. He had a wonderful bedside manner and attitude. Matt was so patient and helped to explain the core details of my dad's care process. He advocated on behalf of me and my dad with any questions or problems that came about. We are especially thankful for Matt helping to clean and bathe my dad while he was unable to do so himself. He always had the answers to our questions or reached out to someone who could. A special point I would like to recognize Matt for, was when my dad was disoriented he calmly took extra time and care to help talk him through his problems and helped reorient him. He was able to deescalate and soothe my dad without any physical or chemical alternatives. This made for the very best outcome for my dad. Thank you, Matt!
