Matt consistently brings a caring and unbiased presence to every patient interaction. His calm communication style enables him to connect with his patients on a human level and reassures them that they'll be treated with respect. Even with the most difficult patients, Matt attempts to communicate on their level to bring about safe and positive patient-caregiver interactions and is always working towards what is best for the patient. Matt has the amazing ability to de-escalate situations and people, which otherwise could become unnecessarily volatile. He is a team player, always looking to helping out whenever and wherever.
