Matt was so kind to me and the other patients in the ward. I was having a bad day and he spoke with me and calmed me down. He spent time with me and even looked for a book he thought would be helpful to me. After Matt left, I thought he had forgotten about me but, no, here he comes around the corner with the book. He took the time to let me know I mattered. He listened to my problems and gave me solutions to the problems I had on the ward that day. He is a good guy and made me feel like he wasn't just there to shove medication down my throat. Matt made me glad to be in Akron General. He's a keeper!
