My husband was brought into the ER on a Sunday and was put on life support. The whole situation was overwhelming for me and my family. Matt spent time to explain everything and was patient with all our questions. Even though he was busy, he was attentive. I especially appreciated his care with my husband, explaining everything he was going to do and treating him with the utmost respect. My husband was a very private person and the fact that Matt helped him maintain his dignity meant a great deal to me. I will always be grateful for the care he received.
