Matt came into our lives when J was moved to PCU after complications from surgery. The first night, and during a very negative time when he could not breathe and was in great pain, Matt was able to remain very positive and able to get all family members in a positive frame of mind. It was very difficult watching a family leader begin to go into a very negative part of life but Matt helped us through many questions and concerns. His happy smile and bright eyes helped us know that J was going to be all right. Matt was very diligent taking care of and checking on him constantly. Your crew is very lucky to have such a person.
