Although our mom had several nurses, Matt stood out. Matt was able to communicate with Mom and truly make sure she understood the why and what was happening as her health continued to decline. Matt recognized how much she wanted to maintain her independence and helped make sure she was comfortable with every decision that was made. After she passed, Matt was there for us, offering condolences and sharing information about bereavement assistance and other services. Matt is an Extraordinary Nurse!
