In the winter, we had to bring my great niece in again. She was becoming dehydrated and had constant diarrhea. We started in Triage; our nurse was super nice, kind, and expedient. We were taken back to a room with Matt as our RN. What an awesome guy! He was so kind, so comforting to my niece, and within 10 minutes he had her in his arms. To see this display was heart melting to my niece's mom and myself. My niece did not feel good but Matt warmed up to her and she to him. He held her, sang to her, talked softly to her, and all this eased her mom's tenseness. Not only is Matt a great RN but I am willing to bet a great dad. Please give him my thanks, we will forever be grateful to him. Thank him for the constant sheet changing, the offering if we needed anything, and his calm manner for a stressed-out mom and baby.
