Matt is amazing to work with. Last week, I had a difficult assignment. My patient was confused, agitated, and attempting to pull at lines/drains. He was yelling and attempting to get aggressive. Matt assisted me multiple times throughout the shift to place restraints back on the patient, re-orient, and keep the patient/staff safe. Then later in the night, he helped to keep all of my other patients safe while on break. He watched my patients; sat at the bedside to ensure patient safety when I was at lunch or assisting other patients. He is a great team player. I am happy to have a team that is willing to work together without his help, I would have had a difficult time ensuring patient safety and getting out/clocking out of work on time.
