He is always supportive and knowledgeable. He is a true team player and a great leader. We had a 3-year-old with Respiratory distress; he was right by my side to help get her stabilized and transferred to Charleston. He was assisting calling the pharmacy to get the correct medications and dosage while I worked with Respiratory and kept the baby calm so we could care for her. I couldn't have given care to the child and the family without his support and knowledge. He is the best leader in difficult situations. We had 2 codes, a stroke, and an AMS at within hours and he kept the team together and moving forward to keep patient care moving forward. We would not have the positive outcomes without his extraordinary leadership.
