I've had the pleasure of having Matthew as my nurse for multiple nights. No matter what time, or what he's doing, he is always there to help in anyway. If there is an issue/problem he can't take care of, he finds someone who can and always in a timely manner. I have a fear of needles, and have had to be stuck 20+ times, and 5+ IV's started and they all seem to blow. He informed me of having a mid-line placed in my arm to prevent this from continuing to happen. He walked me through every step of the way, and was successful with the procedure. He's always there for both his patients and his co-workers (team). Even when I'm having the worst of days, he always finds way to tell a joke or just make me smile. He is a wonderful nurse and a true team player. His colleagues all seem to work well with him. He always has a smile on his face and great bedside manners. With nurses like him, I can see why you are one of the top 100 hospitals in America.
