We are eternally grateful to Matt. Our son had an accident and we were flown to Mercy Springfield. Matt was on duty and was with our son and my wife and I all night. It was a very long night.
Matt was all over it! He would not even sit all night. He was constantly working. He was like a mother lion tending to its cub. He was informing us all night about the next step. He was moving ahead constantly tending to our precious boy!
He came back the next 3 nights to check on our son. He was awesome and truly made a difference.

Matthew was caring and welcoming from the moment I was rolled into his care. He was funny and cheerful; making it easier to deal with my injuries. My mother was with me, and he provided her with comfort as well.
He was there for me to talk if I needed it, he made me laugh when he knew I needed that too. He was encouraging and happy from minute one. His priority was to meet my needs. He knew what I needed before I did. His care brought me through the hardest part of my recovery.
