D.A.I.S.Y Award ---4th winner MATT DALEY (UNIT 700)---Matt is always upholding TMC’s values and practices them with great pride. Matt has an extraordinary customer service approach that touches each and every one of his patient’s lives. Matt constantly goes above and beyond for all of the patients at TMC regardless if they are in his care or not. Matt is a great resource to his co-workers and is often asked to help due to Matt’s extensive wealth of knowledge. He creates great relationships with Physicians and has their highest respect. He was exceptionally thoughtful, compassionate, and efficient. Matt demonstrated a level of professionalism beyond measure. 2. He consistently demonstrated a sincere, caring attitude and made me feel that he was truly concerned about me as an individual. Matt did an excellent job of explaining what was happening at all times, and his responsiveness was outstanding. He went above and beyond any service that I have experienced at TMC or any other medical facility in my lifetime. Thanks to Matt, I was treated like “family” and he will now be the standard of service against which I will measure all nurses. Matt should be recognized for his outstanding service and dedication to patients.
