It was a blessing to have Matthew look after my husband during his stay on the 3rd floor in the ICU of five days.
His caring ways and words of encouragement to me and my husband were of much comfort. During my husband's entire stay he was having treatments that required the nurse to care for him every twenty minutes around the clock. During this time, my husband was experiencing, what I have been told was "night terrors" which lasted for days. I don't think I would have made it if it hadn't been for Matt and the other nurses and staff members.
Matt's mild manner and care tending his needs were exceptional. Checking on him making sure he was getting the best care he could give him.
We are thankful for each of the nurses who took care of him when Matt was off. They all were excellent.
