The ICU at Hahnemann saved my life and Matthew was a part of that team. Matthew gave my husband the strength and confidence to make medical decisions about certain procedures necessary for me. Matthew was a competent nurse, explaining things in extensive detail that my family and I needed. Matthew came to visit me when I was discharged from the ICU. I remember seeing him at that moment, he held my hand and I cried. I was so happy to see him knowing that he was one of the main reasons I got through this difficult time.
