Matthew Gaynor, RN

Matt has been incredibly attentive. Our dad has dementia and is easily confused, and Matt has shown so much patience and care and had no issue with the need to speak loudly or repeat the task. He also sat down and spoke to our dad at his level with so much kindness. As if this wasn’t enough, he made sure all of us in the room are comfortable. Matt is quick to answer any questions. Knowing and receiving this level of care is so valuable, knowing he’s receiving this care has relieved stress from us all
