We had been in the ICU for a week, and I (the mom) was falling apart one day and Matt constantly checked on both my daughter as well as me all of his shift with kindness. His genuine, gentle care of our daughter and constant explanations of treatment and possible prognosis/next steps helped this worried Mom get through a tough day. It's evident he loves his job and excels at it. Thanks Matt!
